At Forze bv ("we," "us," "our," and "Forze"), we design, create, and market products on the interplay of technology, design, and sustainability. Miokoo is our brand of period-proof underwear, an alternative to single-use pads. We are located in Stefaan De Jonghestraat 91c – 9300 Aalst and can be reached at office@forze.business.
PART 1 - YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
What information is being collected?
We process your Personal Data in the context of our activities. This concerns:
- Cookies - Each time you use our website, various personal data may be collected about you based on cookies and similar technologies, in particular your IP address, your name, contact information such as email address and telephone numbers, demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests, financial information such as credit/debit card numbers, web browser type and version (automatically collected), all this data is collected following this privacy policy. − Customer data - When you use the functionalities of our website or place an order, we may collect the following customer data about you: your surname, first name, address, email address, telephone number, the name of your company and VAT number, and any other data you provide to us;
− Communication data - If you call us, email us or submit a contact form, we may collect the following personal data: your name, email address, telephone number, your computer's internet protocol, as well as the data you provide yourself;
Who is collecting it?
Forze collects your personal information, in some cases, using third-party apps.
How and why is it collected? We will use your data for:
- Cookies - to maintain and improve our website and to include personal data in statistics, on the legal basis of your explicit, prior consent;
- Customer data - to manage your account on our website and for the delivery and invoicing of products or services ordered by you, based on the necessity to perform a contract that you have requested or because we have a legitimate interest in doing so;
- Communication data - to be able to answer your question or request, on the legal basis of your explicit, prior consent online and our legitimate interest in contacting you by telephone;

You have the option to subscribe to our mailing list. When subscribed, we'll send you updates, promotions, and the latest news about Forze. The required opt-in will always be specific, clear, and consent must be freely given. You can unsubscribe at any time and free of charge.
We also use your data for direct marketing, newsletters, offers, and promotions, on the legal basis of our legitimate interest with regard to existing customers or people interested in our products, or your explicit, prior consent in all other cases.
If you no longer wish to receive such communications and wish us to stop processing your data for our direct marketing purposes. You can inform us, and we will delete your personal data at no cost and without you having to give a reason by clicking on the link in each of our direct mailings or by contacting us directly by email or telephone.
Do third parties have access to it?
In certain circumstances, we may share your data with third parties:
- public authorities, courts, and police forces based on a court order or to comply with
other mandatory laws or regulations,
- financial institutions,
- insurance institutions
- our CRM-app Convertkit
- our Shop-app Woocommerce
ConvertKit is responsible for the processing of Personal Data we receive under each
Privacy Shield Framework and subsequent transfer to a third party acting as an agent
on our behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of
Personal Information from the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, including the
onward transfer liability provisions. In certain situations, we may need to disclose
Personal Data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet
national security and law enforcement requirements, or otherwise comply with the
law or court order.
Do you sell data?
Your data is not a commercial item. We will never sell your data.
How long do you retain personal data?
We will retain your data as long as necessary according to the purposes of processing
and legal provisions. Most of the data is stored for 18 months.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your
credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that
you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask for your consent that is freely given, specific, well informed, and unambiguous.
How do I withdraw my consent?
You have the right to access your personal data and how we use them at any time,
free of charge. You have the right to request us to correct, supplement, or remove
your data. In several cases listed in the GDPR, you may also ask us to limit your data
processing. You have the right to object to your data processing if you have serious
and legitimate reasons that exceed our need to process your data. You also have the
right to object at any time to the use of personal data for direct marketing purposes,
even without having to give a reason. You have the right to request your personal
data in digital and readable form and/or to have them transferred to another service

How do we secure your data?
We have taken the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to
ensure the safety of your personal data.
Under no circumstances can Forze bv be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the incorrect or unlawful use of personal data by a third party.
PART 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
PART 4 - WOOCOMMERCE
Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with an online e-commerce
platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Woocommerce's data storage, databases, and the general
Woocommerce application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
Suppose you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase;
Woocommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card
Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored
only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is
complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards as managed by the PCI
Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by
our store and its service providers.

PART 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
